John Fisher

My Childhood & background. I was born in the English Lake District. I went to school there in a small country school, then moved to Cambridge as a teenager. I went to University there & became a scientist & teacher. I first fell in love with computers in about 1962.
I have always enjoyed adventure sports, especially walking/ climbing with school groups, canoeing, orienteering, paragliding, etc.
I love meeting people and learning about their cultures- I started learning Spanish seriously four years ago.
I have always helped run adventure activities in school- Scouts, Duke of Edinburgh Scheme, etc.
I live with my family in Kingston St Mary. My son & daughter went to Taunton School, but now work. My son is in California.
